LEAD OT SECURITY CONSULTANT
Location: Munich, Germany
Purpose of Role:
Development & Management of Security Consulting Team in the field of OT / IoT Security. As a leader you are able to influence by serving our customers as thought leaders, support them in shaping their strategy as the market leader in the field of security and, in particular, to expand OT Security. In your role as a Leader, you will help us support making our Client an Employer of Choice for Security Experts who have the same sense for that have essentials. Your tasks will include setting up, expanding, leading and developing the team and employees as well as strategic development of the OT Security area and support for security consulting offers through presales services and customer advice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical and disciplinary management of the team with a focus on employee management / resource planning, professional development and win business support
- Customer advice in the area of Industry 4.0 & OT / IoT Security as well as design and development of solutions
- Collaborate with and support Security (Pre-) Sales colleagues
- Compliance with Company’s Security Guidelines and standards when handling projects
- Creation, development and maintenance of a cross-divisional social network
- Ensuring quality standards for the team’s delivery services
- Developing and promoting close collaboration with Internal Security Teams, nationally and internationally
- Constant further development of specific security know-how, personally and in the team
- Travelling is assumed less than 20% of your time
Qualifications:
- University Degree with a technical focus or adequate professional training with relevant practical experience and business knowledge
- Relevant Security Certification (eg. GICSP, CISSP, CCSP, CISA)
Work Experience:
- Practical experience in the field of Cyber Security for OT/IoT
- Several years of management experience in the security area
- Confident in the international environment and at management level
Skills:
- Knowledge of ICS Systems
- Experience with Industry Standards (e.g. IEC62443, ISO27001 & BSI IT basic protection)
- Knowledge of Security Tools & Vendors for ICS Systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Well-founded overview of state-of-the-art trends and technologies in the field of security
- Knowledge of project management methods
- Very good knowledge of German & English (Spoken & Written), French is an advantage
